All offers are non-binding, unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Establishment of agreement

An agreement is concluded after we accept your order via a confirmation email.

4. Prices

All prices on our website are subject to printing and typographical errors. We accept no liability for the consequences of printing or typographical errors.

5. Payment

Payment must be made according to the payment methods stated on the website.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding delivery times does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

7. Retention of title

Delivered goods remain the property of Design & Dine until full payment has been received.

8. Liability

Design & Dine is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or business damage.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
