Right of withdrawal (14 days cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging are
- Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice
Return procedure

- Please state your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return label or return address
- Return the product within 14 days
Return costs
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
Refund
After receipt and approval of your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
Exceptions
Personalized products and hygiene items cannot be returned.
