What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. Delivery includes track & trace, which you'll receive by email so you can track your order's status.
What is the average delivery time?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days, with an average delivery time of 5-8 business days. The total delivery time, including processing time, is 6-10 business days.
Can I exchange my order?
Too small, too big, wrong color, damaged, or for any other reason you're not satisfied? Please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt or discovery. You're entitled to a replacement, store credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with a completed returns form.
What is the return policy?
